La Terraza 2022
After its first edition in 2019, the Cultural Office Summer Party “La Terraza” is back with live music by the Spanish band Dry Martina, multiple exhibitions, Mahou beer, and more.
Celebrated at the Former Residence of the Ambassadors of Spain, a D.C. historic architectural landmark, La Terraza is a cultural experience designed to offer something different every time. La Terraza happens once a year in June, as a way to close SPAIN arts & culture’s cultural season.
La Terraza 2022 will celebrate the end of the 2021-22 season and the arrival of the summer, with live music, multiple exhibitions, cultural activities, food and drinks, a film ticket give-away… and many more surprises to come!
Music by Dry Martina at 7 pm
Mix 1/3 of swing, a cup of electronics, and another one of pop. Add a few drops of a latin jazz dressing. Then a sour and sassy touch to the lyrics. Serve it on a vinyl and, against 007, shaken but also stirred. This is Dry Martina’s cocktail, vendette songwriter, ye-ye girl and Spanish artist awarded two independent music MIN prizes for her two first albums, Momento Perfecto (Perfect Moment) and Ahora! (Now!).
