Visual Arts from Spain

In this broad discipline our work combines artistic residencies, with exhibitions produced specifically for our Cultural Center, and close collaborations with leading art institutions in the US and Spanish art scholars.

The program is based on 4 lines of action:

  1. Supporting and promoting the internationalization of Spanish visual artists in the U.S. with tailor-made programs with art institutions and universities in the US.
  2. Producing projects for our Cultural Center that prioritize collective exhibitions and focus on showing the diversity and richness of Spanish art and current global issues.
  3. Fostering the promotion of Spanish art and supporting major Spanish art exhibitions in leading art institutions in the US.
  4. Developing and supporting new online platforms to make the Spanish artistic works preserved in the different museum institutions in the US more accessible to the general public. Spanish art in the US and The Society for Iberian Global Art (SIGA) are two examples.
