DJ Pau Roca at Art All Night 2023

District Coalition meets Spain in “Art All Night” during an event where Spanish DJ Pau Roca turns DC into a canvas of art and expression, together with DJ XSA and DJ Martin Miguel.

Art All Night returns to offer creativity and culture along with multiple DJs’ musical beats. It celebrates the cultural connections, its diversity, and how they are showcased through art – visually, musically, and cinematographically.

During the night, Pau Roca will put the soundtrack to a cinematic journey to the Prelinger Archives presented in cinemascope format with visuals showing the profound influence of American culture on global creativity.

About Pau Roca

The Spanish musician is one of the most active and enduring mainstays of Barcelona’s electronic music scene. He has risen as the new “house master” of the city, as described in a review of the Sónar festival. He has been playing regularly at festivals such as Mutek, Sónar, Brunch in the Park, DGTL and BAM.

As head of the vinyl-only Bons Records, he has released records by the likes of Doc L. Junior, Philou Louzolo, and Michael & Jackson. His sets run the gamut of musical history without any complexes or prejudices, paying homage to disco, boogie, and American-influenced house music at his Libido parties at Nitsa Club. After 11 years, he has hosted Amp Fiddler, Dan Shake, Jovonn, and Jeremy Underground, among many others at those parties. As a producer, he has released records on the Los Angeles label Pleasure of Love, as well as on the mysterious Black Money label with Marc Piñol and Retract Maple.
