Sports Heroes from Spain

An exhibition that showcases the talented athletes from the golden age of Spanish sports.

Spanish news agency EFE stages at the Instituto Cervantes of New York an exhibition that showcases the talented athletes from the golden age of Spanish sports, with a collection of young champions who have put Spain at the top of the world.

The exhibition, sponsored by La Liga, includes top athletes such as as Rafa Nadal, Pau Gasol, Javier Fernández, Ona Carbonell, Carolina Marín or Garbiñe Muguruza, among others. They all come together to join Spanish soccer legend Raúl González Blanco, former player for Real Madrid and now Country Manager of La Liga in the United States. It is a graphic journey through the great family of Spanish sports, a voyage through historic events like the golden medal in soccer at South Africa in 2010.
