Eat Spain Up!

Eat Spain Up! is a cultural event that brings short film screenings, roundtable discussions with food culture experts, and a full tasting of specialties from Madrid, Burgos and Extremadura.

Eat Spain up! is a cultural initiative that brings Spanish food culture closer to the rest of the world. There will be a series of activities such as food and culture sessions, cooking classes with renowned chefs, guided tastings of Spain’s finest wines, cheese, and olive oils, as well as food photography and design exhibitions.

A press presentation and professional networking session will take place on October 25th at New York University’s Grand Hall, by invitation only. It includes a special performance of Edible Don Quixote, a culinary experience of the literary masterpiece.

Some of the activities will take place at different venues. Check out the full program for more information.
