The Talent Formula and Mahler: Life Challenges

A conversation with Luis Conde, where he will discuss how directing Mahler’s Symphony 2 became a life challenging experience and how it compares to leading a company.

Luis Conde founded Seeliger y Conde in 1990. He specializes in Succession Processes of large corporations. He has been President of Amrop from 2003 to 2006, and currently chairs its Advisory Board.

Luis Conde started his professional career as Director of the International Division of Corporate Banking of the Banca Más-Sardá in Barcelona. He was subsequently member of the Board and Executive Vice-President of Banco Consolidado de Venezuela, as well as Chairman of the Consolidado International Bank in New York. Currently, he chairs the Salón Náutico Int. de Barcelona, and is Member of the Board of the Banco de Inversiones Lazard, of Grupo Godó, member of the Board of Directors of Fira de Barcelona and member of the Advisory Board of Altair.
