Pan's labyrinth with Elena Manrique
As Spanish filmmaker and producer Elena Manrique visits Washington, D.C., join us for a special screening of “Pan’s Labyrinth,” followed by a Q&A session with her.
Pan’s Labyrinth, a critically acclaimed film directed by Guillermo del Toro and produced by Spanish filmmaker Elena Manrique, will be screened at the Spanish Cultural Center. After the screening, attendees can participate in a Q&A session with Manrique, providing a unique opportunity to engage with the producer and explore the making of this film, which won three Academy Awards at the 79th Oscars in 2007.
Elena Manrique will be in Washington, D.C., to present her latest project, Party’s Over, at the 2024 AFI European Film Showcase. This time, she is the director.
