El Latir del Tiempo / The Beat of Time in Santa Barbara

Theatre Flamenco of San Francisco presents “El Latir del Tiempo” / “The Beat of Time” with guest artists from Spain, Pastora Galván and Juana la del Pipa.

Theatre Flamenco of San Francisco celebrates its 50th anniversary with the new production entitled El Latir del Tiempo / The Beat of Time, featuring guest artists from Spain, including dancer Pastora Galván from Sevilla, one of the top international stars of flamenco, and singer Juana la del Pipa, who hails from a dynasty of artists from Jerez de la Frontera.

The show will feature reprised and new works choreographed by the company’s artistic director, Carola Zertuche, who is celebrating her 10th anniversary at its helm. She herself is a world-acclaimed performer, whose productions have been called some of the most innovative programs staged in the Bay Area.
