Stromboli Trio
The Spanish Jazz band will be playing at Ventana al Jazz Condado in San Juan.
Stromboli Trio is a jazz band from the city of Valladolid formed by Manuel Salviejo, Pablo Sánchez and Miguel Zapatero. Stromboli’s music is constantly evolving. This has led to a gradual change in the band’s sound, which however has always kept a very creative identity. Its last project was the soundtrack for the silent film WrongAgain (1929), starring Laurel & Hardy (Laurel and Hardy) and directed by Leo McCarey.
The Jazz band has performed in several international festivals: Festival Internacional de Jazz of Valencia, Universijazz of Valladolid, Festival Internacional de las Artes of CyL, Festival Internacional de Jazz of Lugo and Festival Fête de la Musique.
Stromboli Trio will be on tour in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Haiti.
