Rosalía Mowgli: Concerts and Workshops

The Spanish songwriter, guitarist and expert on traditional Iberian music performs “SubVersions,” original music and traditional pieces.
Rosalia’s original singer-songwriter pieces are recorded in her albums Nanas Urbanas (Urban Lullabies, 2007) and Juniper (2015). She plays a wide selection of Spanish ancestral songs with typical percussion instruments: the square drum (pandero cuadrado), the pan and thimble and a metallic mortar (almirez), as well as a selection of non-ordinary musical instruments like pipes, hoses, bicycle handlebars.
