Pacto de Fuga by 2 Proposiciones Danza-Teatro

Spanish company 2 Proposiciones Danza-Teatro presents its piece “Pacto the Fuga” at the “41st Annual Battery Dance Festival.”

Pacto de Fuga

Pacto de Fuga is the answer to the choreographer’s concern for exploring the coexistence between contemporary dance and urban landscape. The creation process was based on the three dancers’ research and immersion in a concrete public venue: a popular traditional square in Seville, Spain.

About the Company

Dos Proposiciones Dance Theatre has performed at several arts festivals in its native Spain, in Europe, Asia and South-America. The company’s work is based on solid dramaturgy and a combination of different languages, with dance-theater being the axis. Currently, Raquel Madrid is a Founder Member of the Andalusian Professional Dance Association (PAD), where she carries out a wide range of art projects and she is employed at FECED (a nationwide network of dance companies in Spain.)
