Mikel Urdangarin 25 Tour in New York
Basque singer Mikel Urdangarin celebrates 25 years of career with special guests Rafa Rueda and Ander Hurtado de Saratxo as part of the #NYCBasqueWindow program.
It has been a quarter of a century since Mikel Urdangarin took his first steps into his journey as a musician. To celebrate this anniversary, his 25 Tour is a worldwide expedition to share his music beyond the Basque frontier.
On May 8th at St. Clements Theater, Urgangarin (voice and acoustic guitar) will be joined by special guests Rafa Rueda (electric guitar) and Ander Hurtado de Saratxo (percussion). The three artists will perform a retrospective of Urdangarin’s extended career, playing his greatest hits.

The #NYCBasqueWindow spotlight at The Theatre at Saint Clement’s, dedicated to the performing arts of the Basque Country, offers a window to peek into and discover the energy and creative talent of the land of Euskera, or Basque language. Located in the south of Europe, it extends from both sides of the Pyrenees to the Cantabrian Sea.
