'Festival de la palabra' 2013 in New York

After 3 days in Puerto Rico, the’ Festival de la Palabra’ heads to New York to present exciting literary discussions and readings with 30 writers from Spain, Venezuela, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and the United States.

The Festival of the Word (Festival de la palabra) brings readers and writers together in a series of readings, lectures, and workshops to promote exchange of literature and ideas. Writers will read and discuss their works as they pertain to this year’s theme: the relationship between journalism and literature, and between fiction and reality.

Seven Spanish writers will participate: Jacinto Antón, José Manuel Fajardo, Cristina Fernández Cubas, Eduardo Garrigues, Ricardo Menéndez Salmón, Clara Usón and Eugenia Rico.
