'Beloved Daughter' ('Querida hija')

This play tells the tale of unexpected lovingness from a seemingly grumpy father, bringing the Spanish stage to U.S. children.

The Marie de Jongh theatrical company brings this tale of a family that grows closer together in the wake of unthinkable hardship.

A theater of the every day, a theater of emotions, a little masterpiece. Without any need for words, with a perfect script, impeccably careful staging, and with the exquisite and precise interpretation of three big actors: Ana Meabe, Javier Renobables, joined by another great actor, José Ramon Soroiz.

Jokin Oregin, author and director of the play, once again show us he is one of the great present-day creators, possessing great sensitivity, capable of making shows that thrill and move both little 5 to 6 year old, as well as adolescents, youngsters and adults of all ages. Do not miss it.
