A piano and cello concert in commemoration of the V Centenary of the first voyage around the world
This concert in commemoration of the V Centenary of the Circumnavigation of Magallanes-Elcano features Spanish cellist Pedro Bonet and portuguese pianist Nuno Marques.
The Consulate General of Spain and Consulate General of Portugal in New York come together to present an exclusive piano and cello concert on the occasion of the V centenary of the circumnavigation of Magallanes-Elcano, in collaboration with Instituto Cervantes New York.
The first round-the-world trip was the trigger that allows us to speak today of a first globalization. To celebrate it, we propose a multicultural evening of music accompanied by the Spanish cellist Pedro Bonet and the Portuguese pianist Nuno Marques, who together will perform a varied classical repertoire.
