IV Edition of LA Brisk Festival
The “LA Brisk Festival” celebrates its fourth edition by showcasing 53 plays, with more than 220 artists competing for the prize.
The Brisk Festival is an international theater extravaganza featuring 53 short one-act plays selected from over 400 submissions. More than 220 artists are competing for a chance to perform during the Finals weekend, making the stakes high as winners will receive cash prizes. Actor Christian Rodrigo, known for his roles in shows like Snatch (Season 2) and films such as Assassin, will lead this event.
Every weekend throughout the festival, the Morgan-Wixson Theater will showcase two unique programs, each featuring a series of 10-minute one-act plays. In total, the festival will present eight shows, each consisting of 6 to 7 plays. Among these, five shows will feature 32 one-acts written and performed in English, while three shows will present 20 one-acts exclusively in Spanish, enhancing the festival’s multicultural appeal. Artists from Mexico, Peru, Florida, and Spain will join local talent to display their creativity and skills.
