Spanish sound artist and composer Pilar Miralles will visit Georgia Tech as part of the “Spanish Young Music Talents” program, where the university orchestra will premiere her latest work.

Featuring Spanish pianist Marina Bengoa and flamenco dancer & choreographer Ania Bartelmus “La Candela,” this show explores the connections between flamenco and classical Spanish piano, revealing how these musical traditions have enriched each other over time.

The exhibit presents Spanish architects drawn from the European Prize for Urban Public Space, which reflects on globally shared challenges and offers solutions that contribute to more democratic cities.

Spanish musician Daniel Juárez is the first jazz musician coming as a guest of the “Spanish Young Music Talents” program, and will be joining the students at Georgia Tech for a week full of events.
