'Gypsy Romance: Songs, Poetry and Castanets of Spain'
Coral Cantigas presents a concert of choral music from Spain with classical guitarist Magdalena Duhagon.
A unique concert capturing the enduring passion of Spain through song and poetry. Repertoire will include Romancero Gitano by Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco, for classical guitar and choir; El limonar florido and original composition by American composer Paul Carey based on the poetry of Antonio Machado for choir, violin and cello; and other traditional songs from Spain and Latin America. Featuring Magdalena Duhagon in the guitar.
