'Sounds From Spain' at SXSW

Some of the Best Spanish Rock bands will tour the U.S. starting with the great Indie Music Festival South by Southwest.

A good sample of the Spanish rock scene will perform for the North American public at South by Southwest —one of the year's most important music events— and tour Canada and the U.S with a special stop in Miami.

Sounds From Spain will bring forth a lineup of native favorites to nationally renowned talent. Acts include the Americana-flavored Tulsa, the fast-paced pop outfit Supersubmarina, Sevillian post-folk duo I Am Dive and indie-folk group Cuchillo. Special highlights also include Pájaro and SXSW first timers, Track Dogs.

Sounds From Spain fosters and promotes Spanish music internationally and is the principal tool for Spanish companies looking to export music and achieve a wider presence in international markets. Sponsored by public and private institutions, Sounds From Spain represents the Spanish music industry and works hard to get the most exciting Spanish artists onto the international level.
