'Flamenco en Movimiento'

'Flamenco en Movimiento'

As the oldest flamenco dance company in the nation, Theatre Flamenco proudly presents its 46th annual performance with world class and internationally recognized flamenco artists.

Artistic Director and dancer Carola Zertuche welcomes, maestro Jose Valle “Chuscales” on guitar, the haunting voices of Jose Cortes and Kina Mendez, Alex Conde on piano, Sudhi Rajagopal on percussion, Sasha Jacobsen on bass, fiery flamenco dancers Nino de los Reyes, Antonio Arrebola, Cristina Hall and featured guest contemporary dancer, the stunning Nol Simonse.

Between tradition and modernity, the road is the movement. What was modern yesterday is tradition today. There is no modernity without tradition.

—Rafael Jimenez “Falo"
