Renowned Spanish Pianist Chano Dominguez will be playing as part of the series Flamenco Sketches organized by SFJAZZ at YBCA.

Spanish pianist Chano Domínguez won an international following with his appearance in Calle 54, the awardwinning 2000 documentary about Latin jazz.

He has found a singular niche in the language of flamenco, tackled through the lens of the post-bop tradition. You can expect material from Flamenco Sketches, a fresh take on the Miles Davis masterpiece Kind of Blue.
