The Venezuelans in NYC Festival and Instituto Cervantes receive Mr. Piti Español to represent Spain dramaturgy as a special guest in the second edition of the festival.
Mr. Español's Manos Quietas tells a story very much real since he got inspired to write it after experiencing a parents-teacher conference by his own. The next morning after that crazy school meeting he attended, he decided to write about it and that single event turned into a not-so-proper comedy about political correctness, how to educate children and about old grudges between men and women.
