“The European Film Festival of Puerto Rico” presents its 13th edition with some of the best European films, including the screening of two award-winning Spanish films.

The Cultural Office of the Embassy of Spain in Washington, D.C. presents the seventh edition, back with in-person screenings, of the film series “Mujeres de Cine,” bringing the best of Spanish women cinema directors to D.C. screens.

The 18th edition of “Fuego Flamenco Festival” brings together leading Flamenco artists from Spain and the U.S. in an expanded three-week festival.

Created by the Spanish collective PSJM, “American Democracy” is an installation made up of 59 historical paintings –a painterly portrait of Americas’s political history rendered geometrically.

The Choreographic Residency organized by the Cultural Office of the Embassy of Spain and L.A. Contemporary Dance Company offers a unique experience for Spanish choreographers to work with U.S. dance companies.

The Metropolitan Museum presents this exhibition on the occasion of the Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the death of Pablo Picasso, offer a radically new view of Cubism by demonstrating its engagement with the age-old tradition of trompe l’oeil painting.

This bilingual exhibition brings together 125 rarely-seen items from the holdings of The Historic New Orleans Collection and institutions across Spain and the United States to shed light on the Spanish heritage of New Orleans.

This exhibition unites for the first time Johannes Vermeer’s “Woman in Blue Reading a Letter” (c. 1663) and Salvador Dalí’s interpretation thereof, “The Image Disappears” (1938).

“Sargent and Spain” presents 120 oils, watercolors, and drawings rarely exhibited, paintings of the artist’s fascination with Spain. The exhibition also features 28 never-before published photographs from the artist’s travels.

On the occasion of the exhibition “Sargent and Spain,” on show at the National Gallery of Art, the institution is organizing a film series dedicated entirely to Spanish films.

The Sound Art Residency organized by the Cultural Office of the Embassy of Spain and Experimental Sound Studio offers a unique experience for artists working in sound and experimental music.

“Not Only What, But Also How” offers a review of each of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals conducted by Spanish artists and organizations that will provide the opportunity to take a closer look at the 2030 Agenda.

As part of its 25th Anniversary Program, the King Juan Carlos I of Spain Center, along with the Embassy of Spain in Washington D.C., presents the exhibition “Illustrating Spain in the US.”

This special exhibition celebrates the genre paintings of the Golden-age Spanish painter Murillo, with the largest collection of the artist’s paintings in the U.S. in 20 years.
