Book presentation: 'Ramón Power y Giralt y las Cortes de Cádiz'

To commemorate the Bicentenary of Cortes de Cadiz, MAPFRE and the General Consulate of Spain in Puerto Rico have published a book about Ramon Power y Giralt.

Ramon Power y Giralt became vice-president of the Liberal Assembly on behalf of Puerto Rican people. The book analyzes his role in this First Liberal Constitution in Spain.
