Yosie Crespo, winner of the New Values of the Hispanic Poetry 2011 contest will present Solárium

The jury of the New Values of the Hispanic Poetry 2011 granted the first and only prize to the poetry book entitled Solárium (Ediciones Baquiana) by a majority of votes and because it was considered to be the best of the manuscripts presented to this contest.

With an excellent use of the Spanish language and a good dosage of love towards poetry, the author shares with her readers the experiences of a woman that vibrates under the sun of South Florida, a place where her life passes at plenitude.

The singularity of her thematic compels to read and re-read her poems, in order to follow the path of a woman in movement, beyond the asphalt and the boredom of the days full of remembrances and future anxieties.
